Nicola Homesmith the key to finding you the right home

Are you looking for the right home?

I help house hunters buy or rent their homes here in Tarragona Province, Sitges and Catalonia South.

Why is house hunting so hard here?

  • There are thousands of houses listed on portals

  • 20 beach towns all offering different lifestyles

  • Portal photos don't show the reality

  • Viewing requests go unanswered

  • Multiple local agents to juggle

  • Good properties get snapped up fast
