It can take hours of searching on Spanish real estate platforms to find what you're looking for especially if you're not clear on your priorities. Once we have discussed your buyer's brief during our one-on-one consultation, we can begin the search for you. During our long list/short list presentation call, we will agree on your preferred properties to visit and plan the itinerary for in-person viewings. If you are unable to book a trip, we can arrange video viewings for you instead. After that, we can agree on top choices, and if you have a favorite and are ready to make an offer, we can begin price negotiations.
